Dr. Shtainer received his medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, New York.
He was trained in urology at Beth Israel Medical Center, New York.
Dr. Shtainer is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons
He is the author of a chapter in a major textbook titled "Surgical Treatment of Male Infertility."
He utilizes the most advanced equipment available for urologic diagnosis, including computerized diagnostics of impotence.
